A big weekend at Crossroads...
Here's a shameless plug for this weekend...
1. On Saturday (9 am until noon) we have a totally free garage sale for our community. That's right--we're giving away everything. Crazy? Yea, but it's in our genes. If you have some great stuff (not junk) you'd like to contribute, please bring it by church on Thursday or Friday (we'll be sorting things on Friday night). Why do we do this kind of thing? To give God glory and to show that the BEST things in life (His grace/love) are free.
2. Spiritual MythBusters, part 4. This week we'll put the common belief that "God will never give you more than you can handle" to the test. ALSO, THE AFRICA MISSIONS TEAM WILL BE GIVING AN UPDATE this weekend about their life-changing experience.
