24...Spending an Ordinary Day with Jesus

Any 24 fans out there in blogworld? Brad turned me on to 24 a few years ago and now I'm an addict (for the clueless, 24 is a Fox TV hit show about a counter terrorism unit, C.T.U.). Each show (60 minutes) covers an actual hour in the life of the unit. An entire season of 24 covers one full day of their heroics.

What does it mean to do life with God on an hour by hour basis? How do I wake up with God? How do I take God with me to work or school? How do I do life with God in the evening hours? Those are the questions we'll be exploring in the new weekend series we're launching at Crossroads this weekend (Jan. 14-15). Most of us are real good at doing our "God thing" at church for an hour on a Sunday. Doing life with God 24/7 is a completely different ballgame. I hope you'll come out and tune into the Crossroads version of 24 this weekend.

Speaking of tuning in...the real 24 kicks off its season on Fox this Sunday night at 8 pm. I dare you...
